To ensure you to have a smooth transaction with MonReve, take your time to read and understand the T&C below:
1. All sales are final therefore goods sold are non-returnable/refundable/exchangeable. All items are inspected thoroughly before delivery. MonReve will not be responsible for any lost/damaged item during the course of delivery.
If you do not received your item within 2 weeks from the date of shipping, please let us know.
2. You may drop us a e-mail if you have any questions regarding a particular piece before purchasing it. We will try to give a full detailed description about the item to avoid any misunderstandings.
3. All price stated is in Ringgit Malaysia and item is sold on first PAY first serve basis.
4. There is only one design per item. Remakes of sold items are possible. (Write us a e-mail for further discussion)
- For MonReve Bracelet Fans: To get the length that best suited to you, measure your wrist sizes(cm) and let us know.
5. Prices listed do not include postage/shipping fees. Once we have confirmed your order, we will calculate the total shipping fees and send you a confirmation letter.
6. Colours may vary due to monitor resolution & lighting during photo shoot.
